I am new to Iowa, and moving here was a great change for me! I have been here for a couple years now, and noticed that people here are fairly nicer than where I was. However, I have come across a few rude and arrogant pharmacists. One lady did not care about my needs nor did she care about helping me. She spiked an attitude with me and rudely told me "I can't do anything for you" She should have said it nicer but instead decided to be rude and ignorant. I will be finding out her name and reporting her.
Very slow service. Go to Walgreens instead.
I enjoy using Hy Vee Pharmacy, pleasant and helpful people and nice friendly environment AND parking close to pharmacy.
