Absolute joke of a pharmacy!! I transferred my wife’s prescription to Lewis and Lewis called them to transfer it to them and instead hyvee pharmacy sent it to Walmart. Absolute incompetence
Hy-Vee never has my prescription ready by the time they say. Just to get one prescription refilled, I had to call once and go to the physical location 3 times. Each time, I was told my refill request was submitted and they’d get it in soon.

I appreciate pharmacies, but Hyvee Pharmacy has been rude and messed up multiple times. For example, right before a vacation they couldn’t fill my meds in time but I couldn’t fill it at anywhere else because it was “on the shelf” at their store. Dealing with my meds felt like a full time job. They make you feel dumb for asking a question, and even made transferring difficult. I’m so glad to have moved to a place with options.
Always courteous and polite! I tried switching to a local pharmacy, but that was a nightmare, so I went back to Hy-Vee. I don't mind driving 30 minutes to get my scripts. I always recommend them.
