I appreciate pharmacies, but Hyvee Pharmacy has been rude and messed up multiple times. For example, right before a vacation they couldn’t fill my meds in time but I couldn’t fill it at anywhere else because it was “on the shelf” at their store. Dealing with my meds felt like a full time job. They make you feel dumb for asking a question, and even made transferring difficult. I’m so glad to have moved to a place with options.
Always courteous and polite! I tried switching to a local pharmacy, but that was a nightmare, so I went back to Hy-Vee. I don't mind driving 30 minutes to get my scripts. I always recommend them.
Earlier in the week I was upset about a prescription amount I was charged. An too their credit, Tom and Lori were very sympathetic to the issue and fixed it immediately. They turned the mishap into a teachable moment for the staff and for that I appreciate their work. PR responded to my review and Tom called within a few minutes. 3 days later lori fixed it. Believe it would of been faster but lori was busy doing a community flu shot event. Which we also appreciate. Thanks
If you want to be given attitude for showing up to pick up your prescription a full 2 hours after it was called in this is the pharmacy for you.
