Melissa at Hyvee is so very helpful and takes her time to answer and all questions you have! She is so kind and has such knowledge about medications and concerns!! The drive thru can take some time but everytime I go in I get my scripts within 5 minutes.
Had two prescriptions filled at this location and my experience was horrible. It took an extremely long time and when I asked if I would get a call or text when it was ready, I was told "maybe" as if they weren't sure their system was working. I never got notified and when I went to pick them up, they said that I would have to submit a pharmacy claim on my own as their insurance system wasn't pulling up my insurance correctly. I love this pharmacy people are so nice and they are there wen you're in need I even made a friend there people may say they are slow but they have lots of people to take care of people know where they're bread is buttered love you guys thank you
