Never get the complete orders
The Hy-vee pharmacy is horrible. I have a monthly prescription with no insurance. It should be easy to go in a pick it up every month, right? NO! They keep trying to file it with my old insurance or they fail to order it when I call in the refill. Their automated line always says it will be ready within 24 hours but it never is. They know the automated line is screwed up but they don't fix it. They will only hold it for 3 days once it;s ready but they never tell me when it's ready. Every single time we use this pharmacy they either lose the Rx or sit on it for days till you call to check if it's ready before they fill it or wait till you call to tell you they can't fill it. Or you call and they say they'll have it ready, you arrive and they say oh 10 more minutes. So you wait 10 minutes, check again, and oh it's gonna be 20-30 minutes. There's ALWAYS an excuse. Terrible pharmacy. Walgreens across the street is faster, friendlier and never wait more than a couple minutes.
