Staff is generally friendly, moreso helpful than anything else. The prescription prices are worth it, especially if you don't have insurance. This is my go-to location.
Long time customer and the last year the pharmacy employees are horrible. Same with Pharmacist. I have been out of my blood pressure pills and they are waiting for delivery. A different pharmacy has called them 3x for them to transfer and they have not. 2 weeks ago had covid was Paxlovid and couldn't take because it took them 4 days to get it in. Missed the window. Very disssmisve and rude. So sad because they used to be top notch
Last time filling here, this is the second time I have called in a prescription in early 10 and it still not ready by 1pm. That's in excusable, especially since this was the only time I had to pick it up today due to work and taking my kids trick or treating afterwards so I will have to go without my medication for most of the day tomorrow. I have been on this medication for 20 years and it's the first pharmacy to use it as an excuse for a delay.
