My wife was told her prescriptions would be ready that day at 3:30pm. She came at 5:00 pm, and was told that they wouldn’t be able to fill them but could give her a partial fill of the medication she needed more urgently with half an hour. I came back at 5:45 pm and was told that none of them would be ready today. After I told them one of the medications was urgent, they said to come back at 6:30 pm. Long review: I switched pharmacies because I couldn't deal with this specific hyvee location after using them for over 6 years. I contemplated speaking with a manager but i know they wouldve swept my complaints under a rug and I think more patients need to know that this place is horrible. I wait for my script to be ready for 2-3 days, then their system calls me and tells me its ready. I go in and have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes because it actually wasnt ready.
