Not the worst only because my meds are always correct, but they never seem to text me when me prescriptions are ready and quite often don’t even realize I’ve put in for a refill until I call to see if they are ready
They accept GoodRX Gold, I never have to wait in line, they have fast service. It is important that everybody knows that GoodRX pricing is cheaper here than Walmart, CV S or Walgreens pharmacy stores! Please pay attention to what I'm saying! GoodRX pricing is not uniform from store to store!! Good RX pricing is cheaper at Hy Vee pharmacy than it is at the other 3 pharmacies that I mentioned! I was shocked when I first found out about this and now I'm trying to tell everyone that will listen...
The ladies at the Boone Hyvee pharmacy have always been so helpful with my difficult insurance... they go above and beyond... Thank you for everything you do for your customers...
FINALLY….a pleasant and friendly staff person in the pharmacy after utilizing this pharmacy for the last six months. She even smiled AND greeted AND thanked us!!
