Very RUDE male worker!!!!!!
1. The pharmacy used to send my Mother texts to alert her that the prescription is ready to be picked up. Now they suddenly aren’t sending the notifications and it’s not a problem on our end. We’ve asked them to help us and we have had zero help. It really sucks. 2. I tried to fix this problem on the Hy-Vee pharmacy website. Seems like a good idea, right? It’s not. This is pharmacy vs. pharmacy issue with the patient caught in the middle. And Haley the pharmacy "manager" could not have cared less. Washed her hands of my problem, annoyed and stand offshish while I fixed the issue with a 3 way call on my phone that Haley could not execute. HyVee can execute a 3 way call? As far as Haley was concerned, she had done her job and my problem was not hers anymore. Someone screwed up the transfer. I don't care who messed up. I know it wasn't me.
