This is pharmacy vs. pharmacy issue with the patient caught in the middle. And Haley the pharmacy "manager" could not have cared less. Washed her hands of my problem, annoyed and stand offshish while I fixed the issue with a 3 way call on my phone that Haley could not execute. HyVee can execute a 3 way call? As far as Haley was concerned, she had done her job and my problem was not hers anymore. Someone screwed up the transfer. I don't care who messed up. I know it wasn't me.
Very helpful
Recently had a prescription sent to Hyvee (Asbury) by my doctor. Prescription was for 30 pills. Hyvee messed up and only gave me 7. I got home and caught this and now Hyvee won't straighten out their mistake. I have to call doctor and get a new prescription. I will do this and will be at a different pharmacy.
The staff is always helpful and does a great job. Lori is so nice and is always very helpful.
