The staff is so friendly and helpful. I know they put up with a lot tough patients, and I appreciate their patience with the tough customers. They truly make my day better.
If you continue to see the same issues in comment after comment maybe you should fix the issue and hire employees with some customer service skills. Called in the morning to reorder a prescription and the gentleman on the phone acting like I was putting him out. This is your job!
Drive thru people were very crabby. Obviously didn't want to open that morning. One throwing her hands in the air after I asked if an additional prescription had been filled. The other that took over for her was just as crabby. Answered the window with a scowl and said"name" real snotty. This is after they were 15min late opening the window. If you don't like your job find another.
