Horrible experience here trying to pick up medication for my baby as she sobbed while we waited.
This location can't do a simple job and call in to get a certain medication but the other hyvee pharmacy locations can do it. How does that make sense? The other hyvee pharmacy are saying it is ridiculous that they can't fulfill a certain prescription. The pharmacist either needs additional training on ordering or ask for help about it at another location. Never have had trouble at any location but moving and having this location be closest one to me is ridiculous.
I recently moved and the shawnee location has become the closest location to me, I take a very specific medication that I cannot go without, I have been rudely spoken by not only the tech but also the pharmacist. I loved using the 135th location, who always is able to get my medication in WITHOUT MAKING ME FEEL LIKE I AM A PROBLEM. If I could give zero stars to the shawnee locations pharmacy I would. Go to the 135th location, they are nice, respectful and understanding.
The pharmacy people have always been there for us. Great people, great service.
