I’m 69. Retired/disabled RN. This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve had to deal with! Many times I’ve had to wait for my prescriptions as they didn’t have them available. Today was the last straw… I called to see if I had any meds there… they said 2. Went to pick them up. Girl gave me the bag. Got home, there was only one in the bag! The one I needed was my pain medicine! Called manager said there were two bags and girl evidently just put one in bag… Not my problem! Get some competent help!
I go to pick up my meds and they hand me one of 2 the least important of the 2. I go back to be told I'd have to wait. I don't have time to wait so now I have to hope it will still work since I already got a dose in the hospital. Switching back to Walgreens this place is a joke.
Jordan Slump acts like a twelve year old that has been given far too much power of people's medication. After denying me medication which he lied about it being expired. (I have the bottle to prove it) he and his crew laughed me out of there without my panic medication, sending me into a full blown attack. Humiliating, and absolutely disgusted at the behavior by them, and mostly Jordan.

I'm done doing any kind of business with hy-vee pharmacy. Three times they have ran out of the medication I needed. When you go to pick up and find out they don't have it and if it's a Friday night and your dorctors office is closed you can't even go to a different hyvee and pick it up. Once was ok, twice...should have known better, this being the THIRD time and they haven't resolved this simple issue, I'll never go back.
