I love the text reminders that your everyday medicine is coming up soon. So having that helps that you won't run out and you don't need to call it in. They are always very professional and courteous!! I also like that they call your doctor if you have no refills left and you might need a Dr visit to continue that prescription.
This pharmacy has done an excellent job every time I am there. You can tell they work hard at a fast pace. Keep up the good work!
I’m 69. Retired/disabled RN. This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve had to deal with! Many times I’ve had to wait for my prescriptions as they didn’t have them available. Today was the last straw… I called to see if I had any meds there… they said 2. Went to pick them up. Girl gave me the bag. Got home, there was only one in the bag! The one I needed was my pain medicine! Called manager said there were two bags and girl evidently just put one in bag… Not my problem! Get some competent help!
I go to pick up my meds and they hand me one of 2 the least important of the 2. I go back to be told I'd have to wait. I don't have time to wait so now I have to hope it will still work since I already got a dose in the hospital. Switching back to Walgreens this place is a joke.
