I’ve never dealt with such a horrible experience, until I had to deal with the pharmacists at this location. I am an experienced certified medical professional. And I warn anyone who has to deal with such horrendous conditions. I had to switch pharmacies, because the lack of care and human dignity, in individuals who are supposed to care and help others. I’m so baffled, right now. The pharmacist actually lied about me to my own doctor. So what happened is a doctor sent me an email regarding my prescriptions and how the pharmacist was making accusations that weren’t even valid nor true about me. Hyvee never called me back to discuss further action. I’m so beyond disappointed. How am I supposed to trust that the person filling my prescriptions is trust worthy? When they’re possibly spreading lies regarding other peoples prescriptions? This is unacceptable. Like am I dreaming? ... read more

They were discriminating towards me. My doctor ordered a medication increase. And that’s none of the pharmacist business what my doctor prescribes. Danika is the one who shouldn’t be licensed. In fact I reported, and switched to cvs and had no issues since. If I was this hyvee. Get a new lead happily. Because I will go to the top. I make twice as much and because I’m gay she’s against gay people I guess and that’s discrimination. She doesn’t know about personal issues I’m having, so I think she shouldn’t be a lead.
