These people are very slow as in moving, talking, and forgetting prescriptions. They also racially profile. The service isn't even mediocre. It's sub par! Maybe if they weren't too busy focusing on a person's race they could get all their medications right. And the prescriptions you go there to pick up, you can guarantee they'll be forgetting one or two.

They don't get refills on time they don't fill refills when you call them in. They're not friendly They just don't seem to know what they're doing

I've always had good experiences with this pharmacy. One example, my 1 year old daughter needed antibiotics late one evening and they offered to fill it right away before they closed so she wouldn't be in pain all night. I've been to almost every pharmacy in town and this one does what they can to get you what you need. I visit them at least twice a month.

It’s a long story of my experience, but I will leave this for other Google review checkers. They will not follow up on your prescription transfer and have been very poorly trained in any type of customer interactions or customer service. If you’re looking for better service and support in your dealings with your prescriptions this is not pharmacy for you.

So my first review was a while back when I was frustrated by them always being dishonest about when a script would be ready for pickup. I gave them more than one star at the time. I had a script that I put in for a refill last week where they had to contact my doctor for approval. I made sure to do it early enough on the week that they could get it done.
