If the customer chooses the drive thru, then walk yourself outside to them if their medications "will not fit in tje tube together" or maybe send them separately. Genuis idea, right? It isn't the customers job to go inside so employees don't have to walk outside. If you don't want to walk outside then work in a different department. This location has the laziest staff.

We submitted a prescription refill request for our minor son FIVE days ago. It is now Christmas Eve. The Pharmacy is closed. Our son doesn’t have his meds. This Pharmacy’s ineptitude is mind-boggling.
Dr called in 2 prescriptions ar 1pm. Here it is 5pm and they've not even bothered to check their system to "type it and fill them" yet, according to the woman that "helped me" with her piss poor attitude.
