Very kind and compassionate. I’m always in and out with no delays
We submitted a prescription refill request for our minor son FIVE days ago. It is now Christmas Eve. The Pharmacy is closed. Our son doesn’t have his meds. This Pharmacy’s ineptitude is mind-boggling.
Dr called in 2 prescriptions ar 1pm. Here it is 5pm and they've not even bothered to check their system to "type it and fill them" yet, according to the woman that "helped me" with her piss poor attitude.
I have been able to reach the pharmacy via text phone twice now. They have been courteous when talk with them. Today a staff helped me resolve an issue with my medication. Things are looking up!
