I had gotten used to the older pharmacist. The new one is rude, short sighted, not very empathetic. I changed my insurance company and it caused a problem with my medication getting filled. Like I said very short sighted and rude. I have been a customer for over 15 years. He was very disrespectful.
I was shocked by how unwelcoming the cashier at the pharmacy was. When I walked up to the counter, the greeting I received was simply, “Whatcha need?” I gave my name, he grabbed my prescription, and told me the total. I paid, said “thank you,” and his only response was a head nod. Whatever happened to stores showing appreciation for their customers’ business?
It's amazing to me that there are so many great reviews here. I have tried many times to have HyVee fill all of my prescriptions on the same day. That way, only one trip to pick them up is necessary. HyVee cannot do that. They fill prescriptions at their convenience. HyVee recently filled some prescriptions for me as the result of my yearly physical. My husband went to pick them up on 8/10. He was told that the prescriptions had been cancelled by the doctor and I would have to call the doctor to find out why. I called HyVee ... read more
They always do a great job. I get my meds and my pet meds here.
