Most staff are very nice and truly try to help, but coming from one of the larger hyvee to this one shows it's very outdated on its process. It's not really set up well to provide the volume of services that is needed for town. I always have to call to make sure an antibiotic is filled there vs. going to their central fill and waiting a day or 2 to get it. I asked about it, and the young lady said they send all most every to central fill except a handful of orders, and she just said that was their process. It's just frustrat... read more
The canister for the new tube is so hard to hold onto! My mom cannot hold it at all. Maybe okay for young people with more hand strength, but terrible for the disabled or elderly! We will likely be switching pharmacies because of this.
The manager of the pharmacy, Jeff, is completely ok with giving customers someone else’s prescription, as though that’s not a violation of someone’s rights as a patient. He was going to call, but then decided it wasn’t that big of a deal. I’d hate to be the person whose prescription they handed to the wrong person. It’s almost as though there are checks in place to avoid that, like a birthday verification. Gives me a lot of confidence knowing you just hand out anyone’s prescription to anyone.
