I have no clue why there are so many poor reviews. They all were really kind and very helpful. I recommend trying to treat people with respect, and maybe they might show you the same. Update: I Still have yet to have a bad experience. I am so confused by the issues that others seem to have. We have a lot of prescriptions and I would be lieing if I said there has never been issues. Always gets my order right without any pushback. Friendly staff that understands their role in the gatekeeper process isn't moralizing what meds I'm receiving.
They used to be decent, they are now horrible. Like many other reviews, I'll be changing pharmacies.
Today I called the HyVee Pharmacy on Pilot Knob Rd. I was calling in regards to a prescription status. I needed to talk with a real human because of some issues with the prescription being filled at this time. I called three different times and was put on hold. My first call I was on hold for 11 minutes, my second call I was on hold for 9 minutes, my third and final call of the day I was put on hold for another 11 minutes. Completely unacceptable! This is not the closest pharmacy to our house and we go here for every prescription because the people are very helpful, very efficient, and prices are always the lowest.
