Didn't like CVS should have looked at the reviews for this pharmacy. Now on day two with no ADHD meds went is Saturday and stood in line for almost 40 minutes to pick up my daughter's prescription and try to refill my meds since I waited on hold forever and never spoke with anybody. Was told they would be ready Sunday. It is now Monday at almost 9:30 and they have not even started on my order as I just discovered when I stopped by. Pharmacist Wes went out of his way to help me after having some issues getting doctor approvals for a refill. He called the clinic knowing I was out of medicine and was able to get the approval before the pharmacy closed. Thank you Wes!
Allow yourself at least 30 minutes for vaccine appointments. Had 9:30am appointment and wasn’t seen until 9:55am.
I have received terrible customer service from Hy-Vee Pharmacy in Lakeville. It seems the pharmacy has gone completely down hill over the last year! I fill a dozen plus medications there. Hopefully not much longer. My medication and refills take over a week sometimes 2 weeks to be filled. I have even received medication’s I didn’t request for refill and I was told by the Pharmacy manager (Wesley) I had to pay for it, even though it was their mistake; this has happened to me more than once!
