Today I called the HyVee Pharmacy on Pilot Knob Rd. I was calling in regards to a prescription status. I needed to talk with a real human because of some issues with the prescription being filled at this time. I called three different times and was put on hold. My first call I was on hold for 11 minutes, my second call I was on hold for 9 minutes, my third and final call of the day I was put on hold for another 11 minutes. Completely unacceptable! This is not the closest pharmacy to our house and we go here for every prescription because the people are very helpful, very efficient, and prices are always the lowest.
Horrible experience. Yesterday morning I had meds sent to them, went in the evening to get medicine and nothing was done. I learned this after waiting forever in the drive thru. They said it would be ready the following day in the morning. Go today (the following day) in the afternoon, not done. Blamed the holidays and asked if "i really need the medicine". Sorry HyVee Lakeville Pharmacy, you are all very nice people. I have been with you for 5 years now. I have been tempted to switch to somewhere else so many times but for some reason I stick it out. I have frequented the Drive Thru and inside. Consistently SLOW. Very slow. Got in a drive thru line today, I'm the 3rd car. 20° and extremely windy out. Don't need anything in the store so I'm waiting in the warm car. Guy in front of me finally pulls up to the window. Been sitting here a solid 5 minutes. The drawer has not moved. ... read more
Went there for the first time today. They seemed friendly and easy to do business with. They actually have a cordless phone (small stuff) they can walk around with while they're helping customers; unlike the walgreens 2 miles away where they talk to you via a corded phone that they have to drop on the counter loudly to go grab something. Will be patronizing them more.
