Pharmacists are always really nice and they always have what I need in stock

Absolutely awful to deal with. On a monthly basis they screw up refills. Prescriptions not ready when they say they’re ready, refilled at a different hy-vee. Staff offers no solutions just vague “I don’t care” responses. Costco couldn’t have have moving them easier.
We used another major chain to fill prescriptions for over a decade, but I don’t think we will ever look back after switching to Hy-Vee. If I had known how much better things could be, I would have saved a lot of stress and tears and switched much earlier. The process is seamless, prescriptions are filled quickly, and there is no drama. I can tell everyone I interact with takes their job seriously without sacrificing kindness.
