First, we called the store to ask about using GoodRX. We were told our coupon would work, and the prescription would be ready within an hour. We arrive a few hours later to find out the pharmacy has "run out" of the prescription we needed, and would need to come back tomorrow. Self check out is full, there are five employees at the front just talking to each other, and your prices keep going up. My family doesn’t feel like we’re getting a good deal at Hy-Vee.
I don’t generally write reviews. I know that working with the public can be difficult. My parents are also healthcare workers, so I also understand that pharmacies are bound by regulations that tie their hands & cause many things that irk their customers. Rude people at the counter. Big negative attitude.
If I could put zero stars I would. I’ve been dealing with this pharmacy for years out of desperation of convenience with having to visit multiple times monthly for my son. Due to his chronic conditions at only eight years young. This pharmacy has been consistent throughout the years of being terribly rude, unorganized and disrespectful to be personally several time.
