Went out of their way to get a prescription that other pharmacies couldn't. Great job the few times I have interacted with them!
First, we called the store to ask about using GoodRX. We were told our coupon would work, and the prescription would be ready within an hour. We arrive a few hours later to find out the pharmacy has "run out" of the prescription we needed, and would need to come back tomorrow. Self check out is full, there are five employees at the front just talking to each other, and your prices keep going up. My family doesn’t feel like we’re getting a good deal at Hy-Vee.
