Hy-Vee pharmacy always provides polite, prompt, respectful and friendly service to our family. I appreciate the way in which they communicate clearly whether that be their pharmacists, pharmacy techs or clerks. When I phone ahead for refills, the meds are typically ready the same day or the following day. We have had the experience of them going out of their way in unusual circumstances also. Staff is always friendly and helpful, but I often experience lines. 3 pharmacy registers but sometimes only 1 is going. Seems like they could cycle more folks through - particularly during peak times.
