I do believe its the job of the pharmacist to reconstitute medication that comes in powder form with an accurate measurement of water or whatever the additive is. I received medication that was not reconstituted nor was there instructions in the box. Called the pharmacy, phone was answered but left on hold for more than 30min until the pharmacy was closed. Very convenient.
Don’t plan on getting meds any time soon, and they won’t call you to let you know they actually filled the meds days after they are sent in.
Horrible customer service. Go to Walgreens - they actually try to help you. These guys are 100% clowns.
Just had the most miserable customer service from a HyVee pharmacist. Their new refill system is a non debugger ai nightmare deliberately designed to prevent any human. When I told the pharmacist I was taking my business t8 Walgeens she Slidell said, They use the same system we do. Absolutely no apology or attempt to retain me as a customer.
