Great service and extremely knowledgeable of medication’s
It’s always something with the St. Joseph HyVee Pharmacy. Latest thing is picking up a Libre sensor that’s in a box. There’s no prep. Called it in Tuesday, it’s now Saturday. Her response is can you come back, or wait 30 minutes. It’s not ready and I’ve got other people to help. I guess I’m not one of those people to “help”. Last time I came in, meds weren’t ready. I had such a frustrating experience here and it caused me to start using a different pharmacy. I used to get all my prescriptions here, usually having to wait for my prescriptions, but this last experience was the last straw for me. Recently, I have been having trouble with chest pain and shortness of breath after having the flu. My doctor sent in a prescription for me for an inhaler and a steroid.
