I was visiting from out of town and urgently needed a prescription. The two people I spoke to at this pharmacy were extremely helpful - they checked if they had something in stock before I had my doctor send it over, were quick to fill my rx, answered my questions and were extremely patient working through insurance issues. I’d give 100 stars if I could. A great experience for a stressful situation.
I have use this pharmacy for many years. They have been very conscientious and caring. Whenever they are needed they will go above and beyond the usual to get what I need.
I had an issue getting my script filled with a different HyVee pharmacy. I called this location and ended up speaking with Noah. Not only was he very knowledgeable and helpful, he went above and beyond to get my script filled with a different HyVee location which he did not need to do. Thanks, Noah!
They don't answer the drive through pick up
Confused on the bad reviews here. We've used this consistently for a few years and they've been great. Fast refills, always pick up the phone, friendly on the phone and in-person. Good hours too. Would definitely recommend as your local pharmacy.
