I would give them 0 stars if I could, poor communication and misinformation. I was told a copay on the phone and a different one on the receipt, and when I complained. They didn't even apologize. I don't recommend them, and I'm about to move my prescriptions somewhere else
Communication is poor, time to fill prescription when they have the medicine is poor, wait time at pharmacy is really long time. Hyvee pharmacy makes me think of going to Disney world. They only care about selling tickets, not about the actual experience. That’s why I go to a local pharmacy now instead, where the experience is what you would want from pharmacy or really anywhere. There’s absolutely nothing convenient, easy, or pleasant about the Broadway hyvee pharmacy IMO.
