Rude, impertinent employees so I transferred all of my 7 prescriptions to Gerbes. When Gerbes called to transfer my prescriptions to their pharmacy, HyVee pharmacy transferred it to D&H pharmacy, I wonder if it was by mistake!!! You would think HyVee pharmacy employees would be very careful with prescriptions. The only reason I asked my doctor to send my prescriptions to HyVee is because I moved and they were closer to me. The Grindstone HyVee Pharmacy is excellent. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I travel some and the staff are amazing at helping me deal with the logistics of our travel.

This was my pharmacy for years as it’s close to my house and has a drive thru. I no longer go here due to company policies. I take a medication that requires syringes, I’ve taken this medication for years and always gotten my prescription at Hyvee. This pharmacy refused to sell my syringes because the doctor failed to send in a prescription for them??? You can order these on Amazon with no prescription. I wish I lived in Columbia full time because of this pharmacy! The techs are amazing and I would give 100000 stars to Sharin the pharmacist. She has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions when I have issues with insurance and transferring medication. Sharin and this pharmacy does not disappoint!
