They remember our names and who is in our family, what kind of bottles & caps, etc. Very nice.
Rude, impertinent employees so I transferred all of my 7 prescriptions to Gerbes. When Gerbes called to transfer my prescriptions to their pharmacy, HyVee pharmacy transferred it to D&H pharmacy, I wonder if it was by mistake!!! You would think HyVee pharmacy employees would be very careful with prescriptions. The only reason I asked my doctor to send my prescriptions to HyVee is because I moved and they were closer to me.
