I see alot of negative post on here! I have had bad experiences as well but it was all due to the Doctor herself. Never being there to sign for the script. As far as HyVee and the staff you are all doing amazing things. Your very curtious, friendly and time efficient. Keep up the great work. Have a very merry Xmas and a happy new year. Don't let the Debbie downers ruin your day. Keep doing the amazing work you all are doing.
I had an extremely uncomfortable experience here during a recent visit. I handed over my phone with my photos of my current insurance card already open, and the pharmacy technician began swiping through other photos in my phone without my permission. It felt like a real overstep and a significant invasion of my privacy. If she needed additional information, I would have been more than happy to retrieve it myself had she asked. I’m on a critical medication, not life threatening but more to my quality of life also bc it’s a “controlled” substance I fully understand that there additional federal regulations to follow. That said 6 days ago my doctor sent over my script, due to a national shortage they weren’t able to fill it. Allegedly they contacted my doctor to see if there was alternative dosage that would work. The people who work here are useless. We place an order for a med come back 5 days later and they can’t fill it. This is probably the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. We will be switching to one where the people are more capable.
