I had an extremely uncomfortable experience here during a recent visit. I handed over my phone with my photos of my current insurance card already open, and the pharmacy technician began swiping through other photos in my phone without my permission. It felt like a real overstep and a significant invasion of my privacy. If she needed additional information, I would have been more than happy to retrieve it myself had she asked. I’m on a critical medication, not life threatening but more to my quality of life also bc it’s a “controlled” substance I fully understand that there additional federal regulations to follow. That said 6 days ago my doctor sent over my script, due to a national shortage they weren’t able to fill it. Allegedly they contacted my doctor to see if there was alternative dosage that would work. The people who work here are useless. We place an order for a med come back 5 days later and they can’t fill it. This is probably the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. We will be switching to one where the people are more capable.

This pharmacy is horrendously slow, and there's no way management isn't aware of it based on all the complaints and poor reviews. When you order a refill, you're given an option for a pick-up date and time that is almost always the next day at the earliest, and I have never actually had my prescriptions be ready on time. Most often they are ready several days after my pick-up time. Even worse when I have time-sensitive things that need to be filled, they don't even seem to put them in their system so I can track progress. On... read more
