They don’t know how to answer or talk on the phone apparently. I called to see if my prescription was ready to pick up, a lady answered and hung up before I could even get a sentence out. When I called back someone picked up the phone and hung up not even a second later. I’ve signed up to get alerts for when my prescriptions are ready for pick up, but I never get them…
