Lanie is always very sweet, but a lot of the pharm techs at this pharmacy have horrible attitudes. They're rude to you, give you deadpan faces and monotone voices. They cut you off when you're speaking on the phone and don't listen. They don't like it when you ask them to do something that requires more effort. They truly treat you like you're stupid. Appalling pharmacy behavior and it appears to be happening for several years now. Smh.
Nothing like having someone hang up on you as you as a parent are expressing your concern that you are needing your child’s medication filled by a certain date so that they may attend their first day of school . Even if you cannot make it happen quicker you could atleast have compassion and not treat an anxious parent like trash .

Terrible pharmacy! Poor communication! Poor customer service! I had to take half of my recommended dose of medication because they claimed to not have received the script from my physician. I never received notification when it was filled. I had to call several times and even go up there. Corporate needs to step in. This is unacceptable.
