This might be the worst pharmacy I've used for a while. Half the time I nearly have a heart attack trying not to explode due to my meds not being able to be picked up when I'm told to pick them up or for some outlandish reason that feels like it was drawn up right then and there.
I came to HyVee Pharmacy because they bought out Colona Pharmacy. Karen the previous owner & pharmacist was working at HyVee too. Everything went pretty smooth, but she no longer works there. I get approx 15 prescriptions per month and have them on automatic refill but that isn't reliable. Also, as of late, the young people at the drive thru window, shouldn't be in a position of dealing with the public, if they're antisocial. Ask them to speak up so we can hear them. Your pharmacist ( I think her name is Christy) was very helpful with my prescription. I was out of insulin and she solved the problem and I got my medication. I really appreciate her help.
Been a customer of this HyVee in Silvis for many years. I love how professional the whole staff are. Very knowledgeable with every prescription. Worth considering if you are looking for a great pharmacy.
