Terrible pharmacy! Poor communication! Poor customer service! I had to take half of my recommended dose of medication because they claimed to not have received the script from my physician. I never received notification when it was filled. I had to call several times and even go up there. Corporate needs to step in. This is unacceptable.
I sent my father to buy brand name Sudafed for my sinus cold. I wrote it on a note, but he came back with their brand, "Top Care". We did NOT ask for their brand and they pulled a switch on an 83 year old man!
I would not recommend any one use this pharmacy. Not even once . not if your taking even getting aspirin to prevent heart problems. They are not reliable. Stay healthy , go somewhere else.
Lanie (I think is her name) is always great. I usually interact with her, and she’s why they are getting up to 2 stars. Tonight I had a lady with brown hair that basically shamed me for not picking up one of my scripts saying that it was returned and then just stared at me… first of all, sorry I was sick and couldn’t come get them?
