Has been improving I'm not going to be reaching out to speak to management, I'm sure you're already aware of the twice doubled scheduled med. I'm simply telling people my experiences. Not sure what's been happening here, but they doubled a scheduled med for me twice, that is so dangerous, had they done that to the wrong person, I don't even want to imagine what someone with debilitating depression could have done with 180 Xanax. I have always found Hy Vee Pharm staff at Ankeny Blvd. so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to fill my prescriptions in a timely manner. At times when multiple phonecalls and patience has been needed on their end, they remain professional and kind, which is so appreciated.
After Sam's Club messed up my vaccination appointment, special thanks to Steph and Eric from the pharmacy to make this a terrific overall experience! Excellent customer service and kindness. I received my COVID-19 and flu vaccinations without a hitch.
Rude. You should call and let people know if you can’t get a medicine instead of sending out an automatic text that says it’s been ordered and should be received in 24 to 48 hours just to waste 24 to 48 hours to find out it wasn’t ordered. I get it’s not your fault the medicine is on back order but if you can’t get it just say that instead of wasting peoples time. Make a phone call…. Let them go to a pharmacy that has it. It shouldn’t be the patients responsibility to call and ensure you can or can’t get it
