There are two lanes for prescription pickup, yet only one is ever open—unless you prepaid online. What’s the point of having two if one sits unused? Instead of easing congestion, they’d rather have cars wrapped around the building. It’s frustrating and inefficient.
The workers are quick and efficient. Never had to wait long for my prescriptions.
I have a prescription that they won't fill. They keep telling me to 'come back the next day at Noon' which i have done for the last 3 days and each day they tell me the same thing. Don't appreciate the run around. If it needed to be ordered and shipped then say so and then call me when ready as they have my phone number.
Has been improving I'm not going to be reaching out to speak to management, I'm sure you're already aware of the twice doubled scheduled med. I'm simply telling people my experiences. Not sure what's been happening here, but they doubled a scheduled med for me twice, that is so dangerous, had they done that to the wrong person, I don't even want to imagine what someone with debilitating depression could have done with 180 Xanax. I have always found Hy Vee Pharm staff at Ankeny Blvd. so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to fill my prescriptions in a timely manner. At times when multiple phonecalls and patience has been needed on their end, they remain professional and kind, which is so appreciated.
