This is our preferred pharmacy. I call every year to get a print out of our family's out of pocket expenses for our taxes. Today I spoke to Doug? And he said there was no way I could come pick up these statements unless I had the ID for my husband. When I reminded him that I pick up meds for my family all the time without having to bring my husband's ID to pick up his he said it was the law. So I asked to speak to the pharmacist. Terrible customer service. It's the 24th and a prescription that should've been filled on the 22nd is not going to be filled until the 27th. No notification, no phone calls - found out when I went to go get it. I have to use Hy-Vee because of my insurance; otherwise, I never go near the place.
