We’ve been using this pharmacy for years. They have been going downhill and have a high turnover rate. They “forget” to fill my medication and I have to call over & over to get any movement. The pharmacist had no idea what a medicine was when we inquired about it… It was disconcerting, to say the least. I just want them to do better, get better management - whatever it takes to be the good pharmacy we used to know.

Believe the reviews that the staff is rude. Last time I was there the lady didn't acknowledge me for about 3 minutes even though there was no line, when she finally saw me she was looking at her phone and told me one moment while she finished watching whatever it was on her phone. There is no drive thru. A lot of the times they don't even have the prescription available and don't even have the courtesy to tell you that they don't have it. The reviews are not accurate. A lot of people come in with a NOW instant gratification attitude. These ladies work and are respectful and professional!! It’s a sad world we live in where people go and bash them cause they have no patience!! Hyvee pharmacy you guys Rock!!
