been trying to get all my prescriptions for 2 mths now, and no one presriptions dept will call molina to fix it so my copay is no cost. i asked them several times, they blame it on molina but dont call them to fix it so i can get my breathing ashtma inhaler, bacteria cream, allergy eye drops, allergy nasal sprays,etc. they are trying to charge me a copay, when my plan is paid in full with no copay at all. been going on now for 2 mths still cant get them, i told them if you are not going to fix this im filing complaint on goo... read more
First pharmacy I have ever liked!
This pharmacy is extremely unprofessional and completely lacks customer service. From the start the older gentleman in front of me was just trying to use coupons to get cheaper prescriptions and the pharmacist was short and snappy with him. On to my own experience, rather than using the information sent to them for my prescription via concentra for a workers comp claim injury the pharmacist tried to run my personal insurance on file claiming it was automatic. We’ve been using this pharmacy for years. They have been going downhill and have a high turnover rate. They “forget” to fill my medication and I have to call over & over to get any movement. The pharmacist had no idea what a medicine was when we inquired about it… It was disconcerting, to say the least. I just want them to do better, get better management - whatever it takes to be the good pharmacy we used to know.
