For some odd reason, Hy-Vee responds to negative reviews with an email and a phone number to call, both of which go nowhere. After emailing them in response to a previous review they have yet to contact me. They simply respond on Google to save face. I’m leaving this review to see if their response is just automated.
Very disorganized. I tried to transfer two prescriptions over. When I got around to filling the second one they couldn’t find it so last minute I had to go back to the previous pharmacy to get it filled.
Staff members HELP! I have had Every staff member I have come into contact with be extremely respectful. And helpful. 🤗
I was picking up a rx today from the drive thru and the wind was absolutely horrible. My ID literally blew away before the gal could close the metal drawer that reaches out. I didn't think there was any chance I would be seeing it again, but i got a call that the pharmacist found it. They actually went out and looked. It was so cold that even I gave up looking. Wow! That's some service!
Pharmacists at this location are great but the drive thru is horribly managed. They are SLOW AND RUDE. I've never been in that line for less than 30 minutes. Get another person at the window. Pathetic!!
