Heather the manager at this store definitely went above and beyond. We got to the store around 7 on a Sunday night. We needed balloons but the floral counter was closed. I asked customer service and she asked the manager. She did it without hesitation. She let us go back to pick latex balloon colors and had a conversation with us while she filled all SIX balloons. Amazing customer service!!
Today, 9/16/25, we picked up Chinese from the Market Grille. Chris gave us amazing service! Thank you!

Normally, I have a good experience at this store, but I got Chinese food from there recently and the person behind the counter dropped the serving spoon on the floor and then used it anyway to dish up my food! Even after I asked him to use a different spoon, he acted as if maybe he didn’t hear me…or didn’t understand what I was asking. Then when he bagged up my order, the lids were not sealed so everything leaked all over the inside of the bags & also onto the seats of my car!
