I cannot comment on the bad reviews but I can say that over the last 2years this hyvee pharmacy has been stellar every time I have come inside and especially the drive through. I kid you not, they know me by name. I love all the interactions I have witnessed in the pharmacy and the store. There has always been a helpful smile in every isle. I've used Hyvee pharmacy and never had a problem and the delivery people are super nice. I've been a customer with them for years.

I can’t say enough good things about the Gladstone Hy-Vee Pharmacy team! I was preparing to leave town for a long-anticipated vacation to Puerto Rico, and of course, in the middle of the chaos, I realized I needed a last-minute refill on a critical prescription. Alot of negative posts on here. I've had nothing but good experiences at this location the past 2 years. I'm sure you'll always run across someone who is having a bad day. I know I have alot of them. They save me money over Costco & the lines are never long. Try them for yourself & ignore negative reviews until you have an issue yourself. Like me, you may never have one.
