Most of the employees are great. There is one younger girl that is just beyond rude anytime I’ve had to pick up a prescription. This was the last time I will get prescriptions filled here. 2/24/2025 6:30pn
I don't have a bad thing to say about my experience here over the last year or so. The refill reminder texting option is great, the drive through video screen is always prompt, and they've never been anything but friendly. I'm glad I switched to them from one of the other major pharmacy chains.
They were considerably cheaper than CVS, more accessible than CVS. I have had nothing but positive experiences at Hy-Vee pharmacy.
Service has always been courteous and professional.
