The pharmacist here think they are doctors and refused to fill my prescription as ordered by an actual doctor. I had my doctor send the same exact prescription to Walmart and it was filled no problem. And I didn’t have to stand in line for 20 minutes while only one of the five employees standing behind the counter were actually helping customers like at this Hy-Vee
Waited for 10+ minutes in pharmacy drive thru, only for another rep to say "I'm sorry, the person helping you left to take out the trash". COMPLETY UNPROFESSIONAL. I'm immediately having my prescriptions switched to a different pharmacy.
The young lady with the long, broken unmanicured false nails should really find a way to smile, and not be so unfriendly. When someone has concerns and or questions regarding important mediation and insurance issues, having empathy is likely necessary in her field of work. Do better.
I Never have a problem
Talk about customer service!!!!! The pharmacy ladies are so nice! They went out of their way to make sure I got my script that had to be ordered and called me to give me updates. Then when I picked it up the medicine box was too big for the drive thru ( I didn’t realize that) and the girl brought it out to my car!!! Thank you all so much for all the hard work you do.
