I am so disappointed in this store! My brother ordered a huge flower arrangement with a vase. It was delivered on the July 18th for her 78th birthday. The person who delivered was very nice as he said it weighed a lot and my mom was unable to bring it in, so she gave permission to him to bring in. But the next day flowers already were dying! Roses look horrible and losing pedals. No fertilizer at all. When she called they said she needed to bring them in yesterday, but Julie was gone for the day and to call back the next day... read more

Ordered my sister a planter arrangement from FromFlowersForYou shipped through this place for her 60th birthday. The reason I ordered this particular one was because of the planter. Well they substituted a flipping little tiny Easter Basket! This wasn’t even the same size I ordered! I was embarrassed! Disappointed! Disgusted! If i wanted a easter basket with couple plants thats what I would have ordered. I am so mad. Never again I send her & my niece flowers several times a year, will make sure HYVEE Floral is not the place ... read more
