I ordered my daughter’s flowers for prom from Hy-Vee because I had heard good things. I specifically requested longer stems (like a bouquet) with red or white ribbon on the stems. The flowers themselves were just ok. Red and white roses, can’t really screw that up. However, when she brought them out they were in a small vase. I took them out and the stems were very short! Hyvee Floral is a complete nightmare. No communication about floral delivery, order was never delivered. Management offered already dying flowers as a replacement but no refund.
Would leave zero if possible. Poor communication, completely messed up our order and didn’t tell us that they couldn’t even fulfill half our order less than 24hrs before our event.
