My wife and I recently used Hy-Vee catering for our wedding last month and had an excellent experience with them. We ended up choosing the Pasta Bar because of how many options we could have for our guests to customize their own pasta meals. The presentation of the Pasta Bar buffet was great and it went flawlessly. We also asked for specific items to be delivered to the head table and they were there when we sat down for our meal. We recently used Hyvee Catering for our wedding. During the planning process everything was great and there was good communication. We ordered catering from the La Crosse location but did our tasting in Oakdale since we live 3 hours from the La Crosse area. We were told doing the tasting would be fine in a different location since they are a chain that the catering options were the same at all Hyvee locations.
