We had Hy-Vee cater our family reunion. Up until the day of the reunion, everyone was very pleasant and professional. On the day of the reunion however, things went a bit south. 1. 20 min late to arrive with the food 2. The gravy pans leaked all over the table and we were forced to use half of the napkins provided to stop it and clean up. 3.
