Made to my specifications. Turkey 18 lbs cut off the bone and Ham 15 lbs butt shank cut off the bone but kept bone for ham and beans. Both were excellent and hot. Mashed potato and gravy pies and rolls. No shortage of food. Will definitely use them again.
