Great deals on Weds or Sundays, but the corporate overlords obviously don't care about maintenance or customer's property. Would probably rate lower if the workers had bad attitudes. Edited down to a 1 star from 2 star. Management replied to initial review and then FAILS to answer the phone or return an email. These Hy-Vee really doesn't care. ... Just pay up for a legitimate car wash. Use as your own risk.
Went on a Sunday, and all the washes were the price of the basic. Nice!

When I visited, apparently none were working due to a connectivity problem. Unlike the Waukee HyVee car wash, which used the upgraded Razor Double Barrel from Washworld, the North Liberty location was still using the old model. The spray head was literally covered in dirt. Yikes! Only one fan overhead was available for drying. Overall, avoid until they upgrade to a better system, cuz they are available.
Seems like it threw some water and colorful foam on but forgot to take off the bugs and dirt. Not worth it!
