Fair prices. Good deal on Wednesday and Sunday. But the dryer did not work and the spot free rinse left water spots when dried.
There is usually one or two bays down. The Credit card/code machines most of the time do not work. Cleans ok but not great.
The pre soak soap doesn’t even come out it’s just water and the dryer doesn’t work. And 2 of 4 bays were even closed. Needs major attention to quality and reliability.
Great deals on Weds or Sundays, but the corporate overlords obviously don't care about maintenance or customer's property. Would probably rate lower if the workers had bad attitudes. Edited down to a 1 star from 2 star. Management replied to initial review and then FAILS to answer the phone or return an email. These Hy-Vee really doesn't care. ... Just pay up for a legitimate car wash. Use as your own risk.
Went on a Sunday, and all the washes were the price of the basic. Nice!
