I want the manager to know what a great group of people he has working there. They always amaze me how kind and helpful they are busy or not they are great
We love our local, friendly Hyvee! Car carts, free cookies, friendly staff, and free drive up.
This Hy-Vee is just the right size. It is not too big and I can find items quickly in the store which saves time. The new Store Manager is going to fit in to this community as he is attentive and customer service oriented.
I just wanted you to know how much we appreciate the fruit for the children. I inadvertently walked past it today and my 1 1/2 year old granddaughter let me know I had better stop. Wonderful idea and greatly appreciated by the little one who ate a whole banana before we left. Thank you so much.
Was just in there to buy 2 items. No one at the express check out, asked the other checker if someone was supposed to be there and all she said was yes. Saw lots of management running around. I don't think I have ever had this problem at the other store!
