Too crowded rather go to other stores in town. Hate the wait in line. Give it a few months this place will start to cut back the customer service there's no way they can sustain nearly 700 employees.
Too crowded I can't walk around that much because my legs start to ache and its too spread out takes too long to shop.
The bakery came to my rescue! They made a cake for my daughters birthday with 6 hours notice when another bakery refused to fulfill my order without bothering to inform me. Customer service goes a long way!!! Thank you for seeing me as a valued customer!!
I had the worst experience at Hy-Vee and because of this I don't think ill ever step foot in there again. Even the assistant manger did nothing about this situation.
