We eat at Market Grille pretty regularly. Recently, we had a visit that started out as a not great experience. Andrew, one of the managers, quickly and efficiently turned it around! We have paid attention to his performance since then. He always has a smile, a quick solution, and a great can do attitude whether it is a long wait or a missed order! He makes sure each diner’s experience is the best it can be!! Keep it up Andrew, we will be back!

I want to give a thumbs up to Bloomington Hy-Vee. Last week we purchased some meat bundles and they were really busy. When we got home there were a couple of items missing and there was a package of hamburger patties that we shouldn't have received. I went back this weekend and no questions asked, they replaced my missing items and when I asked if I could buy the hamburger patties, they told me to keep them for my trouble. That is great customer service
Caribou Coffee at the gas station tasted fresh and very good! Great stop, got 2 cups to go.
We go to Hy-Vee frequently and we are never disappointed! We had the brunch 12/10/17 and it was awesome! The entire staff are always very pleasant, and our server Tyler this day was exceptional! Food and customer service top notch!! Way to go Hy-Vee!! �
Brandon, the pharmacist, has been extremely helpful with getting my prescriptions filled when weird issues have occurred. On one occasion he made SEVERAL phone calls to my insurance company in order to get a replacement dose on a defective medication. Most recently he helped me obtain a refill after insurance required me to switch to mail order. I ran out before it arrived but he was able to get insurance to cover a refill in the meantime.
