I had a really disappointing experience with getting my daughter's birthday cake from this location. They didnt print off my order so it wasn't ready at pickup time and said it would be in 20 minutes so I gave them an hour and it still wasn't ready. They said 20 minutes again, gave it another hour and it was still being finished up. Nobody apologized or tried to make it right.
