Great place to shop We love to shop here. the prices are higher than Walmart but the service makes up for it. I love to go there. The veggies and fruits last longer and the meats are great there too. It is great to have drive up. I just wish they would send some one home with me to put the groceries away.
I had a really disappointing experience with getting my daughter's birthday cake from this location. They didnt print off my order so it wasn't ready at pickup time and said it would be in 20 minutes so I gave them an hour and it still wasn't ready. They said 20 minutes again, gave it another hour and it was still being finished up. Nobody apologized or tried to make it right. I was told I would hear from a manager and didn't, so I called the bakery manager and they hadn't heard anything and didn't handle the situation very ... read more

customer service sucks I don't like the way my case was handled
I arrived at 7:50pm and requested one meat and cheese only sub. The man behind the deli counter refused, claiming they were already closed. As I walked away another customer approached the counter and requested meat. The employee helped him. All I needed was meat and cheese put on a piece of bread. How much different is that from just getting meat? Hy-Vee is definitely not helpful. I will be reconsidering my shopping location

Despite being in the middle of a world wide pandemic every employee I talked to was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you. I appreciate every one of you. These are crazy times and thank you for being so positive. As someone in the medical field I know how hard this is. You see more of the public than I do and I can't put into words how impressed I am with hyvee.

For the last 2.5 years I have been a loyal customer to the Oakland Road Hy-Vee. I have had nothing but stellar customer service until tonight. I decided to make a quick evening run to Hy-Vee to grab some last minute forgotten things. All was well. I got my items and went to the check out. As I scanned my card to pay, the cashier told me that the register had instructed him to hold my card as it was reported stolen.
