This is in regards to the new 'Market Fresh Cafe' - I am very disappointed in the decision to turn this into one. If I'm going to Hy-Vee to eat, I want fast and convenient food. I don't want to be awkwardly greeted, not be able to get my own refills, not have to wait on a server for a bill and not feel like I am being forced to tip. If I wanted a restaurant experience, I would go to a restaurant, not a grocery store cafe. You just lost a frequent customer
