Placed online order 3/31 for pick up on 4/3. Went to pick up 4/3 and order was not ready. Contacted store and items were out of stock. Was not notified or contacted l. Could have gone to store 3/31 and picked the items up when order placed. Very disappointing.

You are all amazingly so happy and eager to help in what is an extremely difficult time. I love this store so much all the staff are so friendly and helpful. This has been my Hy-Vee for 4 years and I've never had a bad experience when I go shopping here.
My husband works third shift so we were looking for a place to eat at 9pm (because he works at 10pm) We got to the Market Grill at 8:50. Unbeknownst to us, the hours listed on google are outdated and the grille closed at 9pm. Both the bartender and server welcomed us in and insisted we stay (before we had even told them about the hours google showed). The service was wonderful and food was good. We appreciate the kindness and understanding.
