Today is National Sudep Day. Sudep is sudden unexplained death in epilepsy. 1 in 26 people will experience a seizure in their lifetime. Stats suggest that 1 out of every 1,000 people living with epilepsy will die from Sudep. You might be thinking from a statistical standpoint, it’s not a big deal.
