Ordered meal for two delivery with two cupcakes. They only delivered the cupcakes. Really? Who at your location thought that was the thing to do?

Ask for Vicki in the bakery to make your cake! I have gone to vicky for the last 5 years for my daughters birthday cake. she ALWAYS NAILS IT! I go directly to Vicki because I know she does an amazing job and always puts love and effort into designing a cake my daughter will talk about years to come!
Ask for assistant manager Tom Bull he didn't think all the leaking spoiled hot dogs and brats in they fridge area are contaminated. I personally pulled the rest off the shelves and multiple different brands that were leaking. Tom said the lights make then green. Ummm, no Tom, will be calling corporate in the morning. Unprofessional at it finest. I the customer had to pull them from the shelf personally. Shame on you! Hyvee shoppers check your food.
This store has a large amount of great products, well-organized and easy to find. I especially like the fact that they have so many energy drinks in so many parts of the store. The associates are very friendly without being intrusive :-) Keep it up!
I've had the Chinese food twice from here first time it was amazing. Second time was yesterday & it was ok. The Lo Mein noodles tasted like nothing but oil. my fiance said they were made fresh too, cause the lady working tried to give him the rest of what she had. It made me sicker than crap this morning. So disappointed, won't be back.
I just had to give a shout out to everyone working in the Floral Department on Mother's Day. They were swamped but still killin' it. Especially Tara. This poor girl went to the back to grab my online order, and while she was there, she tripped and fell and accidentally broke my arrangement. I felt SO bad for her, and I could tell she felt terrible, poor thing. Here it is though - she replaced my order with the most breathtaking flowers that I've ever seen. Seriously beautiful. Hy-Vee isle was horrible customer service and my order was wrong. Called and they didn’t even try to make it right instead laughed on the phone and in the background.
