Out of most ad items every time I’m here. This time it was the Pepsi 6 pack bottles. There hasn’t been any little Debbie’s peanut butter bars in two weeks. Gator section was completely bare. Ask for a rain check and they treat you like your an inconvenience to them.... store has gone way down hill since management change.. what ever happened to ties and looking nice? I have been shopping at this store since I moved to the area 24 years ago. I am getting very perturbed with the store. Why do you not carry the 9 lives 4 pack cat foods anymore, the jimmy Dean heat and serve links 36 pack, dole pineapple chunks in heavy syrup, the nestea 3 ounce unsweeted ice tea mix. Plus I can get hotdog and hamburger buns at dollar General cheaper. Going to Fareway next weekend. I don't have time to drive 18 miles to get screwed.
It might be wise to inform your cashiers that you have an ad match policy. I do not appreciate having a cashier grumble and complain because I am trying to save money while shopping at your store. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. If it wasn't for your fuel saver program I would probably take my business elsewhere. A helpful smile in every aisle isn't a motto you follow.
Was a shame. Rotten outdated food in cooler. Told 2 employees about it and neither did anything about it. Most things i needed they were out of. Their brands. Next time im in the area i will goto fareway. I shop all tje time at your stores and this store was the worst one i have ever been to. And really a shame that you out of things when the dc is in yer town.
Had the best customer service Friday when I went to the deli for a bucket of chicken. I was greeted with a friendly smile, spoken to through the entire transaction, and told thank you, and to have a great night. Thank you Ci!
