My mom recently had knee surgery and her coworkers ordered us dinner. We got 4 tenderloins, with mashed potatoes, green beans, and Mac n cheese. My husband went to pick it up and no one could find our order or knew anything about it. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with them, and my husband in the store, they finally figured out we did in fact have an order and got it to my husband! I eat there on almost a daily. First you change to a market grille and a cooked meat counter. We start to like that and now you change again. Taking the best sit down place on 23rd which is lacking food options.
Love the Store, the remodel was a major blessing. However this is in reference to the Market Grille. I loved the Market Grille, my wife loved the Market Grille. We live about 2 minutes from the store so it was a great place to grab dinner if we didn't want to cook. However, stopped by the other day and now it's Market Grille Express. 90% of the menu is gone, including all my favorites. Your liquor department needs to do a first come first serve situation. I saw a bottle of beer I wanted sit behind he counter for a week before they got rid of it to some guy that called and reserved it. I shop at your store a ton and can never get the beer I want when it’s in the store because I didn’t have my name on a list. Blue springs and Noland rd only takes first come first serve.

Ordered for the first time ever the catered Thanksgiving dinner. Easy to order and even easier to pick up. Turkey was fabulous!! I ordered extra sides. Mac and cheese,dressing,sweet potatoes,corn casserole,green casserole. Everything was great except the green bean casserole. Was totally worth the cost. Thank you for all you do everyday to be my fav store and especially today working a holiday for us. You are so appreciated.
We always shop this Hyvee and have never had a single complaint. Tonight we were there doing last minute Thanksgiving shopping. I️ watched an employee named Rick going above and beyond in customer service. People were looking for specific items, he would stop what he was doing to provide clear directions on where I️t was and follow up with these people. He helped us 3 times, each time he was very kind and helpful. Made the shopping trip easy and pleasant! We will continue to remain loyal to this Hyvee!!! Keep I️t up!!
I love this store. I have been shopping here for at least 20 years.
