Fantastic service, and love the daily text message updates. Truck looks good as new!
After a car fell on me when I was driving I randomly choose hy-tek because I didnt have a home shop. My car was completed by the estimated date and estimated cost and the people were so friendly and responsive. I recieved daily text updates about what they were working on with my car so I never had to call or guess. When I picked up the car the owner personally walked me out and showed me every single thing they worked on and what they didnt due to insurance. Fine car service I guess but Mike needs to work on his customer service skills. I'm going somewhere else next time
I had a dented car door from getting backed into and they were very kind and explained everything I needed to know. They sent frequent updates and were very thorough! Definitely recommend!
A deer encountered the front of my car. My car looks great now!! The paint matches perfectly. I received daily updates and a print out of all the repairs completed. Everyone was professional and customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend them.
